If a rep is getting an existing AMB agreement error that means the customer has completed a previous order and signed the AMB agreement or got far enough into the previous order that they signed the AMB and they will have to contact the tower (855-372-2466) to clear it. Existing AMB agreements can be used for up to 7 days if created in SaraPlus. If the AMB agreement was created with AT&T and they then try to place an order through SaraPlus it will prompt the Existing AMB agreement error and it will have to be cleared out before continuing with SaraPlus.
