This error message occurs when ATT will not accept the customer's phone number for the credit check, or when the rep running the order users their number anywhere on the order. The reps like to use their own phone number for the Auth ID due to customer's phone not being able to take a good picture or the phones are not working. The system does not allow dealers phone number to be in the order as it becomes the customers contact number on the account. Which makes AT&T think the account their order and per AT&T's rules you are not allowed to place your own order.
