Customers can receive the "Payment Declined" and this can be due to a few different reasons:
- The customer may not have enough funds on the card or account.
- AT&T does accept most all credit cards, but Prepaid cards are not accepted. Some debit cards have this as a sub category, so that's why some customers debit cards can be declined.
- Incorrect Card information and could be on the final payment or ABP screen so it is important to check both pages.
- tried more than 3 time with a card that wasn't working and now one declined will show
- backend timeout
You would want to check the SaraPlus Log tool to see if they have any error codes on the payment failed.
