Error: Search Limit Reached

The error "SEARCH LIMIT REACHED FOR THIS CUSTOMER" means they have exceeded the max number of customer leads that can be created in a 10 day period (3 Leads is max limit) and must use one of the pre-existing customer leads. If they are claiming that they are not able to use one of the pre-existing customer leads then they will have to wait 10 days from the first lead creation before making a new lead.
