When a rep logs in from a VPN or Proxy connection that has not been pre-approved by AT&T or DTV, they will get this message below:
Most reps will need pre-approved connections in place before they can log in from their device; this means they need to have the Internet connection approved by AT&T or DTV in order to log in. The form they will need to fill out is on the provided CCKM article, but we can also provide it.
DTV Reps: If they are getting this error and trying to place an order for DTV they will have to fill out the form below and submit it and wait for DTV to whitelist their IP.

AT&T reps: If they are getting this error and trying to place the order for AT&T they must contact their DSI rep to get their IP Whitelisted.
If they receive this message it usually means they are trying to log in from a connection that has never been approved. Their connection could also no longer be approved, and they will need to fill out the form to have it white listed.
