When a rep comes in asking about with message it because they are trying to re-place an order, but AT&T's fraud prevention is stopping them due to them placing an order with a SSN that has been used on a previous order but with different customer information then with the order that was placed. Customer will have to wait 90 days before placing a new order or if they believe that they did not place any previous order they would have to contact AT&T.
