It's not showing a payment plan anymore for my wireless order?

If the dealer is looking at the payment plan and the payment plan field is grayed out or only allows them to select PIF (Paid in full) then that means the customer doesn't qualify for installments due to the line of credit allotted to the customer. The dealer can try picking a cheaper phone or a cheaper plan to lower the cost threshold to go lower then the allotted line of credit.
