- You would verify who you are speaking to by asking for the log in email.
- Then you will advise that they can recover their password by clicking "Need Help logging in" on the log in page and it will email their current password to their contact email (Or login email if they are on the Ipad and don't have a contact email set up.)
If they are saying they tried this and it still doesn't work make sure their user hasn't been disabled by checking the "Active User" button and make sure it's green.
- If it's green and they are still not able to get their current password then you can reset their password for them by clicking "Reset Password" and checking the box "Reset Password on Next Login" right next to the button. This will generate a new temporary password that is emailed to their contact email (Or login email if they are on the Ipad and don't have a contact email set up) and they will log in with that password and it will prompt them with a new window that will have them change their password.
